For a long time I have had a passion and interest in the power of thought. Through the years I have experienced many changes in myself and how I view life.
I used to be a negative person on certain levels, blamed others at times for my pain and I had the most amazing stories and excuses that kept me from taking full responsibility for my life. I knew there was something different, a better way to be. Yet for a while I found myself circling in many years of unhealthy views, habits and stories that kept me playing it small. I felt like my life was a roller coaster ride of powerless moods and depressive empty spaces.
Initially, I started my workshops based on my own creative healing experience. I really saw the power of creativity as a wonderful gift to self and others and how important it is to create a healthier balance in one's self.
As the years went on my workshops started changing, I started to not only see the creative gifts, I also saw the benefits of how creative play has a way of getting us past the "story and habits" and bringing us to the joy of the moment
The benefits are a "New" way to live. We are new in every moment
Learning to be present, authentic and to embrace the truth of who "You Really Are." To start creating a new healthier way to be, to focus on what is working rather than what isnt working. To stop circling in life and start believing we can have " what we want". To live life from an Empowering, Joy Filled Happy Place.
Everyone gets something different from my workshops and classes depending on what it is they are seeking. Whether it is about just getting in touch with your creative side or looking a little deeper at our words, thoughts and stories that can hold hold us back from truly creating amazing possibilities
I offer a variety of workshops, some are delving while others are just experiencing our creative expression in a fun joyfilled way.
